We can choose from five types of ramen + a miso soup with all kinds of toppings: bok choy, bean sprouts, corn, eggs, pork, beef, chicken, seafood, etc. One of the five is naturally a vegetable variant, the others use white and red meats, so they try to give more alternatives of the Tokyo recipe.
The design is sleek and minimalist, and the 8+4 seating places suggest that collective experience and flavours are in the foreground here.
My personal favorite is "waggie". :)
