Your typical laid back hippy nudie beach, Wreck Beach is the place to go for topless (or bottomless) tanning. While that's not my thing, is a great sandy beach and has one of best sunsets in the city.

Beautiful gastown is a step back in time! Cobble stone streets and brick buildings, great restaurants, bars, but the shopping is definitely of the touristy nature!
