The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. St Anne’s is a quirky, characterful coastal bungalow in Brancaster Staithe, sleeping up to 10 across the main house and a self-contained annex ideal for groups wanting space to gather but also retreat. Walk to the harbour, beach and the Jolly Sailors a proper local pub, not a tourist trap. Wells-next-the-Sea and Burnham Market are both an easy drive for food and exploring. Large enclosed garden, sheltered west-facing patio, plenty of parking for everyone driving from different directions.

Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.
