Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a recently refurbished kitchen and living room, fully enclosed south facing garden, Rose Cottage is spacious but cosy and offers everything needed for a fabulous seaside stay. 5 minutes from beautiful beaches at Hunstanton and Brancaster, plentiful local amenities and stunning walks.

A charming, traditional fisherman's cottage which is cosy, quiet & comfortable. It is located in popular Thornham village, known for its characterful houses & excellent pubs & restaurants. The open plan sitting room/kitchen includes sofa, table & chairs. Upstairs features a double bedroom (good mattress) with bathroom & luggage storage room. Pls note the stairs are STEEP, care needs to be taken & are not recommended for those with mobility issues (pics in profile). Parking is across the street.

Bakers Yard is our family holiday home in the heart of the village. We are two minutes from the North Norfolk Coastal Path, perfectly located for walking, birdwatching and magnificent beaches. Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.

This cottage is within an easy walk of fabulous pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops that call Thornham home. The cottage is well appointed and curated with tastefuly furnishing to three luxury bedrooms. There is a first floor family bathroom and a downstairs shower wet room. We welcome families and are dog friendly.

Ridge Cottage is situated on a quiet private road just 2 mins walk to the beautiful beach at Old Hunstanton and is next door to the well renowned Hunstanton Golf Course. The property offers the perfect base from which to explore all that the North Norfolk Coastline has to offer. There is ample parking at the cottage and many local restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We allow one well behaved dog, as the beach is perfect for dog walking.

Sandpiper Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Thornham on the north Norfolk coast. The cottage is cozy and ideally located with proximity to nature reserves and beach walks. The property has a beautiful garden leading to a field where children, dogs and grown up can play. Sandpiper is ideal for couples with dogs and small families. It can sleep up to four people and is well equipped for a fun stay, with little hassle.

There is space for parking 4 cars. The sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
