Island Boat House - Fisher's Landing, NY

The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

This newly renovated cabin sits on a shared 3-acre property with our family’s lake house. Private Island on the St. Lawrence River

Stunning 360 degree views of the majestic St. Lawrence River. This tiny, basic cottage is accessible only by boat and offers an 80’ concrete dock. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. No wifi but excellent cell service. Cottage is basic but views are fantastic. Scorpion Island is a unique experience in the heart of the 1000 Islands just east of Gananoque. Riverside at Alexandria Bay (A)

This is one of two units that we have available on our property. Both are separate from our home and have kings sized beds. 200 sq ft room with full bath and kitchenette. Outside grill and space for up to 28 ft. boat. Parking for boat trailer as well. Property is directly on the river. View from room is restricted.

Xanadu - Zen waterfront retreat on Upper Rideau

This glorious escape on the Upper Rideau is quiet, relaxing, and incredibly private located back from the water and surrounded by woods. Venture down to the dock to swim, lounge, or watch boats go by. Dogs are welcome but should be leashed by dusk to avoid meeting skunks or porcupines who frequent the area.
