This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Willow Cottage is a mews cottage set within a small private and gated development. Willow Cottage sleeps five guests in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The cottage is finished to a high standard and includes wireless internet, smart TV and a well equipped kitchen. Parking for two cars is adjacent.

Disconnect from the busy … retreat beneath the canopy of an ancient woodland and soak up the views and surrounding nature. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. But luxury detailing alongside your own hot tub, hammock, sauna, indoor and outdoor showers and sun terrace is a clear nod in the right direction - all within a short walk of the friendly local pub! Short drive from the local shops and Burton Dassett Country Park Easily accessible from the M40. Close to the Cotswolds, Warwick and Stratford.

The Boathouse Stone Cottage

A delightful two-bedroom detached cottage with free parking for up to two cars. Located next to our working boathouse in the middle of Stratford-upon-Avon, with a charming outlook over the lawn to the river. A five minute walk over the footbridge to the theatre and the centre of town. Secluded private sunny patio with outdoor table and chairs, plus the riverbank to yourself in the evening. Free boat hire or river cruise for guests (April to October). Newly refurbished by professional host.

A beautiful Chalet styled home & sun deck in a stunning park with the facilities of a unique styled club house which offers a restaurant/bar/sky tv/BT sports evening entertainment set on the banks of the River Avon. The club also provides a water taxi which travels along the scenic river directly into the fabulous centre of Stratford upon Avon with the world renowned Swan Theatre and other cultural attractions. Welcome to Wellington Cottage, an 1800’s cottage having been lovingly restored to provide a comfortable modern space, garden and patio and off road parking for two cars. It is a 20 minute walk to Stratford upon Avon centre with the RSC theatre, river and local tourist attractions. You are also welcome to bring your well behaved pet(s) on holiday too. An ideal base for visits to the Cotswolds, Leamington Spa and many National Trust properties.
