Close to local restaurants and stores. 1 bedroom with queen bed , 2nd bedroom with bunk beds and a sofa sleeper. Can sleep 4 to 5 people. Pet friendly. There are outdoor outlets for charging boat batteries. There is a smoker pit charcoal grill and a Weber style grill. Charcoal is not provided.

The Maplemere is closely located to several destinations in Martin. The University of Tennessee at Martin, the Ag-Pavilion, downtown shops and the hospital are minutes away. Only 15 minutes to The Discovery Park of America. The home boasts three bedrooms, including 2 sets of bunk twin beds, a full bedroom, and a queen master suite. Large dining area and cozy living room is a home away from home. Convenient key-pad entry. The Maplemere is perfect for a quick trip or for a longer work stay.

We are located just a 1/4 mile from UTM's campus on 26 private acres. We love our campus here and have great relationships with many of the programs there! If traveling for other reasons, we are from Martin and glad that you are visiting our community!

The Peery House is our family home-place, built circa 1900, transformed into a quaint Airbnb. It is located on our farm, Springhill Family Farms in Western KY and is a great place for someone looking to get away from the busyness of life, looking for rest and relaxation or just looking for a unique, little farmhouse while passing through the area.
