This lake home is a great place to relax and make some memories with family and friends. Located just minutes from Grand Harbor Marina, on a quiet cove just off the main lake. Swim, fish and relax on the private dock, grill and chill on the spacious deck over looking the lake. Well stocked kitchen to prepare your meals, or call the shuttle and head up to Freddy T's or the rooftop! The owner keeps his boat on the right side of the dock, you may use the left side only. Do not move his boat.

Plenty of space to park your boat or you may rent a slip at the marina in the park. Fire pit to sit by. Wood provided.

The interior of my home is spacious, 3 large bathrooms and 3 very large bedrooms. Lots of parking space, plenty of room to maneuver your boat. Attached garage large enough for a boat and vehicle. Front porch length of house. Balcony off upstairs bedroom overlooking a creek that wraps around the house. Yard is large enough to make a bonfire or play games.
