Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. Här bor ni med fantastisk havsutsikt nära bad, skog och natur i ett nybyggt fritidshus på 30 kvadrat plus sovloft. Huset erbjuder alla tänkbara bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, induktionshäll, ugn, tv mm. Njut av solnedgången på den härliga altanen eller ta en kort promenad ner till bryggan för ett dopp. Närhet till centrala till Stenungsund med affärer och restauranger. I närområdet finns många fina utflyktsmål. Till Orust/Tjörn och övriga Bohuslän tar man sig snabbt och lätt.

Lägenheten ligger nära Kungälv Kode Golfbana och nära till Vadholmens badplats, samt flera olika utflyktsmål nära till hands. Lägenheten är ca 50 kvm - två rum & kök, badrum & altan. I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng samt dagbädd och i vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa för två presoner. Boendet är avskilt och privat.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Promenadavstånd till mataffär, busshållplats och färja till Åstol och Dyrön Tjörn erbjuder allt från vacker natur, bad, fiske, paddling, vandring till konst och restauranger.

Underbar stuga med uterum som har havsutsikt

Vi hyr ut vår stuga som är en riktig pärla året om. Läget är perfekt med 5-10 minuters promenad till salta bad och fina utsiktsplatser. Med bilen tar du dig på 20 minuter till Marstrand och 35 minuter till Göteborg och vi rekommenderar att man har bil. Stugan är äldre och enkel men har delvis renoverats under vintern 2025. Den ligger på en vacker naturtomt och har ett uterum med altan som har havsutsikt. Huset passar barnfamiljer, kompisar och par. Max 4 vuxna men fler om det är barn.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.

Jag hyr ut övervåningen i mitt hus i Bleket ute på Tjörn. Lägenheten har egen ingång, två sovrum, toalett med dusch, pentry och balkong. Tillgång till tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns. Huset ligger ca 200-300 meter från Bleket badplats, kajakuthyrning och ett surdegsbageri. Gångavstånd till ön Klädesholmen där du hittar restauranger och närmsta matbutik.
