Enjoy a sweeping view of Cayuga Lake at this unique and tranquil getaway just 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca & Cornell. Our walkout basement guest quarters has a separate entry, path, and parking space. The lake is visible from almost every room. A beautiful patio is the perfect place to watch the sunset. There is lake access on the property, with an intense set of stairs and switch back trail. We have two kayaks and a canoe for guest use, at the lakeside dock. Pontoon rentals are 5 min away.

Simple and basic with most everything a person needs except wifi. However there is good cell service in the main house where you are always welcome.
