When we first drove into Wooded Way, we knew we had to live here…and that was before we saw the home. Our large, beautiful home sits on a hillside, surrounded by huge trees, and is at the south edge of 14 acres of woods. It also looks down on a beautiful two-acre pond with clear water full of bass and crappie.
Enjoy this peaceful cabin on a creek in lovely wooded surroundings. Rustic but comfortable, it has a handcrafted brick floor and shower and timberframe-style screened-in porch built with local white oak. Cozy up to the woodstove for the evening (wood on site), or just use the electric heat. If you're interested in earth-friendly building, you'll appreciate the earthen floor, paper Lyme plaster, reclaimed barn wood, and more. Handmade tiles and reclaimed pressed tin give it an artistic touch.
