Situated close to the sea, in the most peacefull region of Toroni, yet close to shops and taverns It's thick stone bio-climatic construction, allows it to stay cool throughout all summer. The appartment has one bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a convertible double sleeper sofa and a single sleeper bed-sofa. The house is about 15 steps from beach. This property is situated by the seaside road of Toroni right across the beach. There is 1 parking spot available in the front part of the house,next comes the road and then the beach. This is a privately owned ground floor apartment (in a two-floor building) with a private entrance. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen equipped with some cookware, a big table as well as a living room which can be used as a 3rd bedroom since it has a sliding door.
