Es bietet leichte Erreichbarkeit mit Auto, Bus und Bahn (ca. 100m). Das Lebensmittelgeschäft (ca. 20m) ist im Sommer täglich geöffnet. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich kostenfreie Strandbäder mit Umkleide und eines mit Imbiss. Wörthersee Plus Card mit Strandbäderpaket inklusive.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The apartment is for 4+1 persons and has one bedroom with double bed (crib, changing table and baby bath provided upon request) and all in one kitchen dining/living room with a bunk bed and one folding guest bed, two bathrooms, a balcony and a big garden with a barbecue (shared). The apartment is very spacious. The cooling/heating air-condition is provided. The tourist tax is included in the price per night. The price per night includes 4 persons, 1 additional person is EUR 15 per night.

The centre of Velden with the casino can be reached from the holiday house after 2.5 km. Nearby are three restaurants and a large beach at the lake with a playground. The lakeside resort is easily reachable on foot with a distance of 1 km. The house is situated directly on hiking and pilgrim routes such as the Wörthersee Rundwanderweg or the Marian pilgrimage route.

Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.
