This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). The Sea Loft is a beautiful recently converted mid century space, hidden away in a peaceful, elevated location, with wonderful views. Relax in the large private garden, on the balcony, or wander down to the beach at Colwell for an early morning swim. A few minutes drive or cycle to Freshwater Bay and Yarmouth/ Compton Beach within 10 minutes drive. Wonderful walking on the doorstep. Easily accessible by bus or bike from Yarmouth ferry if you'd rather not bring a car

We are only 20 minutes drive from the Needles and even closer to Freshwater Bay and minutes from the Coastal Path. The historic town of Yarmouth has a great choice of places to eat, a Grade 2 listed pier a castle and fabulous views across the Solent. The ferry comes into Yarmouth from Lymington and is a short walk up the hill to our home.
