Foley's Cottage - Restored 18th century Farmhouse.

Foley's Cottage is an old (18th century), restored , traditional, stone built farmhouse on a working family farm. The cottage has been restored sympathetically using original and locally sourced recycled materials. The roof timbers for example were sawn from trees grown on the farm. Also the kitchen units were handmade by a local craftsman, from recycled pitch pine. There are old beams and traditional real pine boarded floors. In addition, the cottage has all modern conveniences.

Walk less than 10 mins to the beach or village with award winning Gastro Pubs, Restaurants, Cafes, Shops, Take-Aways, Activity Centre & Tourist Office. Our house has a private garden with spectacular uninterrupted seaviews and a shared common green area. We live close by and can help with any local information you might need to enhance your stay!

Nestled in the heart of the scenic Hook Peninsula, our home is a cherished gem steeped in memories of wonderful family holidays. Once a humble fisherman's terraced house, it has been lovingly renovated to blend charm with modern comforts. This cozy house is suitable for families with stair guards, highchair and a playground close by. Just a two minute stroll brings you to Duncannon's famed long beach and when you work up an appetite there are a choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes.

SUEDE COTTAGE A Contemporary House on the Beach

Our home has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. The sitting room has a large TV with cable stations, and great WiFi. The log burning stove in the open plan sitting room is great for those cooler evenings. There are sea views from the sitting room, but the best view is had from the terrace of the main bedroom. Downstairs has a double bedroom with wc and wet room shower, upstairs are 2 further double bedrooms and large family bathroom with walk-in power.

Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!

Aherlow Cottage

A country escape nestled on the River Aherlow, in the peaceful surroundings of the Galtee Mountains. Our 3 bedroom cottage is a stable conversion and part of our 25 acre farm. It has lots of character and atmosphere, inside and out, with the advantages of modern comfort. Take in the spectacular views of the Galtees from the cottage or put on your walking shoes and enjoy a stroll in the nearby mountains and woodlands.

Historic Wexford Farmhouse

Kilmallock House is a 300 year old house steeped in history, located in the heart of Ireland's Ancient East. Kilmallock is a rustic style farmhouse which oozes old world charm and period features. We are delighted that Curracloe beach (15 mins drive away) has been voted Irelands best beach 2024. It is a truly stunning 10km beach with Raven wood & a bird sanctuary to one side. Recently restored, spacious 5 bedroom house fitted with all modern appliances. Has a large outdoor seating area & huge garden overlooking Annestown Beach. The Copper Coast offers a wonderful coastline, close to Tramore, Anne Valley Walk, Dunhill Castle, Comeragh Mountains for hiking, Waterford City is a 20 minute drive. Cork airport is a 1 1/2 hr drive and Dublin airport is a 2 hr drive.

Stunning beach house with direct access to an incredible secluded cove. The Boatstrand Beachhouse is our much loved home from home. It is ideal for families and friends sharing alike. We have enjoyed special Christmas gatherings and spent long summer holidays enjoying the spectacular beaches in the area including the one at the bottom of the garden!
