Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy two terraces and a large garden. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

If you’d like to sleep in a forest setting, listen to birdsong, and enjoy delicious meals on the garden terrace, we warmly welcome you our Cottage. You can barbecue in the garden, play table tennis, watch the stars, and in the surrounding area go hiking, go on excursions, kayak, enjoy the nature, or simply relax and watch TV. The cottage is especially recommended for hiking and nature lovers. The Királyrét Forest Railway departs from Kismaros, offering excellent hiking opportunities.

Above the living area there is a loft with 3 additional beds. The loft could only be reached by a ladder. There is air-conditioning and floor heating in the house. Ez maga a Hungarian Toscany szőlőültetvények között csodálatos panorámával, kabócák énekével. Igény esetén kétkilátó körtúra ajándék kapható. Kettő kerékpár ingyen használható. A parttól 8-10 percre és a boltoktól 5 percre található gyalog. A birtokon 2 cicus él, így kisállat nem hozható.
