Suitable for all seasons but backyard river-lounging in the warmer months may take the cake. 25 minutes from Sierra @ Tahoe and 40 mins to Heavenly in South Lake Tahoe for you skiers + boarders. After pouring our heart and soul into this home, we hope the property draws the same emotional response from you all as it does for us!

Starting from two cargo containers, this home was built to be a seamless space to enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing any luxuries while you play. Designed to be an off-grid, sustainable home, this house features a movable glass wall, which opens the living room into the outdoors facing the setting sun. Beautiful native landscaping surrounds a basketball court and covered dining area. Indoors, natural light and a playful spark runs throughout with a second story hammock to enjoy it all!

The Top Story

The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

The Little Blue House is the perfect spring escape in the Sierra Nevadas. Crisp mornings bloom into warm, sunlit days ☀️. Wildflowers dot the sage, snow still caps the mountains, & life returns at a gentle, joyful pace. Every sunrise invites you to explore & each sunset settles in softly. Welcome to your sunny home in the beautiful Tahoe Truckee Sierras! Tahoe Donner is a fun-filled community with many activities and a Rec Center with hot tubs, sauna, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and a full gym - a cozy, comfortable haven to relax after a day in the mountains or at the lake. Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).
