A private entrance, as well as transit access to explore PDX (bus stop just outside your private gate), 4 grocers (1 organic), with quick access to downtown PDX via the St. Johns Bridge. The space is comfortable, very clean, fast WiFi, private laundry, smart TV, as well as many other amenities. Space for two, solo and business travelers.

Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.

It’s open floor plan and high ceilings gives a balance of comfort and artistic appeal. There is a lounging loft which can be used as a sleeping space for agile children and adults. We have designed the house to honor the era in which it was built and elevate the aesthetic. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bathroom has a luxurious jetted tub.
