Chipmunk Lodge is one of 9 suites at The Totem Lodges in Indian River, MI. The Lodge is a studio cabin that includes a kitchenette for basic cooking. In the summer months tubers and kayakers float down the river past the house regularly. Downtown Indian River is just a short distance.

Enjoy beautiful lake front northern MI, close to many "Tip of the Mitt" towns, trails, activities while enjoying beautiful Burt Lake, including our sunsets. Our guest house is on the second floor of our detached garage. It is at the end of a quiet road and is located off I-75 (exit 310 and 313), 3 miles from town, but 30-40 minutes from many other towns. This location is a beautiful, private setting with tons of outdoor living space to enjoy northern Michigan. You will be within walking distance to downtown Indian River where you can enjoy shopping, dining and some night life.
