**Note: Access road from Junction to the Eagle Mt. Ski resort is closed for the winter. This Groovy Pad takes you back to the 1970s. Enjoy the tranquility of small town or the adventures of exploring Southern Utah’s color country and parks, or use it as a home base, a place to rest for the next adventure. Fish Otter creek, explore Bryce Canyon, Big Rock Candy Mountain, ATV trails or the Mystic Hot springs; or take long drives down Highway 12 into the Grand Staircase to Boulder, and Capitol Reef.

Lily’s Cottage

Located just 6 miles west of Beaver is the small town of Greenville, which is a little piece of paradise. Lily’s Cottage is special in so many ways. The mornings are filled with song birds singing their morning hymn's with plenty of country roads to either take a bike ride or just a quit walk, later enjoy the fire pit that can be used to either BBQ or just enjoy the calmness of the evening.
