Il mio alloggio si trova al centro di Cagliari in ottima posizione, al secondo piano di un palazzo signorile con ascensore. Sarai vicino al cuore pulsante della città ma in una zona tranquilla. Nel raggio di 200 metri trovi tutti i servizi di cui puoi avere bisogno come market, ristoranti e pizzerie, banche, palestre, farmacie. Il mio appartamento è ideale per coppie, viaggiatori solitari e chi viaggia per lavoro. Ci sono tutti i comfort e l'occorrente per preparare un buon caffè e un tè caldo.

In the heart of the city, you'll find delicious restaurants and shopping boutiques and thanks to the closeby bus line 5ZE, you can enjoy the Poetto beach in 20 minutes! A circa 2 km dal centro, a pochi minuti in auto dal Poetto e vicina alle più note località turistiche della zona come Pula, Villasimius e le loro spiaggie bellissime. Casa ristrutturata, offre una comoda permanenza fino a 6 persone con ampi ed attrezzati spazi, 3 camere, 3 bagni e un cortile esterno per godere del magnifico clima. A 20 metri si trova il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile e la spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi chioschi. A 50 metri la fermata degli autobus ti collega al centro della città in 15 min. It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
