Nieuw gerenoveerde, gezellige benedenwoning met tuin, midden in het centrum! Je komt het gebouw binnen via een gedeelde ingang en de ruimte via een eigen deur. De woning is licht met grote ramen en biedt een gezellig zitgedeelte met slaapbank en smart-tv, een ruime, stabiele hoogslaper, een eigen badkamer met rainshower douche en een apart toilet. De keuken biedt alles wat je nodig hebt en er is een eettafel met 2 fluwelen stoelen. Uniek aan deze locatie; de woning heeft een eigen tuintje!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem über 100 Jahre alten westfälischen Bauernhaus. Die gesamte Wohnung ist barrierefrei. Kleinere Hunde sind willkommen. Geraucht werden kann auf der gemütlichen Terrasse. Ein Traum für Radfahrer. Die Berkelroute führt direkt am Haus vorbei, die Schlösserroute ist wenige Kilometer entfernt. Wir haben eine E-Bike Ladestation und die Räder können trocken und sicher untergestellt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in den umliegenden Städten ausreichend vorhanden.

Hidden from the outside world lies this cabin, in a large city garden in the eastern part of Enschede. It’s 10 minutes by bike to the city center and also to the beautiful countryside. It has it's own entrance path and amenities for work (wifi, small computertable), for cooking and an outside porch for your finest relaxing moments, also in cold and reainy weather. The guest-bathroom is in the main house and accessible from outside. There's free parking in front of the house.

Absolutely charming and lovely cottage on a private wooded plot of almost 8.000m2. Free view over adjacent nature reserve with rich wildlife. Close to forest and heath and moors. Space, peace and quiet. Spotting wildlife is even possible directly from the living room window (e.g. hare, deer, boar, foxes, buzzards and roe). A couple of 100 meters from the wooden stree which leads over Wisselse Veen (moor) and about 5km from Wellnescomplex "De Veluwse Bron".

Bij aankomst zijn de bedden al opgemaakt. Op het park: zwembad, bowling, indoorspeeltuin, speelhal, escaperoom, snackbar, restaurant, speeltuinen, midgetgolf, tennisbaan, kinderboerderij, animatie. Ideaal voor een bezoek aan Hardenberg, Emmen, Duitsland of attractiepark Slaghagen.

The apartment is located on the edge of a forest, 50 meters from the recreational lake Het Grasbroek.
