We want to share this cool spot with you. One fantastic neighbor gal is the caretaker. The other great neighbor mows the grass. We like our neighbors as will you.

Average Summer temperatures in the 70s and 80s Sheridan is surrounded by mountains, blue ribbon trout fishing rivers, nearby lakes, historical Virginia City and Nevada City, Lewis and Clark Caverns, plenty of hiking trails. The home is located 1 block from downtown, which has Grocery Store, Brewery with live music, Pizza, Bakery, Coffee and more.

This 640 sq. ft. cabin, located in Alder Mt, is nestled on our 80-acre working ranch. The ranch has been a part of our family for over 120 years. You will have seclusion and a great view. Guests are welcome to enjoy private fishing on our stretch of Clear Creek. The Ruby River public fishing access is also within walking distance. Fishing licenses are required. Historic Virginia City is only 10 miles to the east and The Ruby Reservoir is just southwest, about 6 miles away.

Unique Tiny Cottage w/ loft ~ 3 min to I-90

This 280 sq. ft. tiny house has a comfortable bedroom and beautiful, tall ceilings. A vertical ladder goes to a small, carpeted loft with a twin mattress on the floor. The queen bed in the main bedroom has a soft mattress. Most people think it's luxurious and cozy. Those who need a firm mattress might not want to choose this cottage. The interstate is just a few minutes away. The small kitchen has a sink, microwave, a one burner stove, small frig, dishes and utensils.

"The Fly Fisher" -most centrally located in town

This quaint log home has a lot of character. It is perfectly located between the two "fly fisher companies". It is only 1-3 blocks from the 3 restaurants and 2 bars in town, and grocery store.
