A beautiful sunroom with lots of windows to have your morning coffee and a wraparound porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing. In the evening, light a fire out in the backyard around the large oversized fire pit. Enjoy the beautiful summer nights or come stay for the winter holidays and hope to catch some snow while enjoying the Jacuzzi.

We are a few short minutes from the Gilbertsville Farmhouse, Far View Farms, and also conveniently located to Cooperstown All Star Village (17 miles) and Cooperstown Dreams Park (37 miles). Copes Corner Park is 3 miles away where you can fish or launch a kayak. The Unadilla Drive-In, breweries, snowmobile trails, and places to hike are also nearby.

Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. One of two glamping sites on the 12 acres.

Small, clean and affordable, with a beautiful view, nice size yard, quick access to the host, who lives in the adjoining apartment and has a dog. There's a queen size bed in the bedroom . a couch in Livingroom . Also two chairs that fold down into small cot like beds. Suitable for a couple with one or two children. so, that's only two adults and or two young children. One dog welcome (No cats please.)
