Perfect location for all that downtown Annapolis offers, right across from USNA gate 2. Super convenient, park your car and walk everywhere! Lots of shopping, restaurants, tours, cruises & nightlife. The unit is located on the 3rd floor. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. There is a large living room space with a full pull out couch, tv and dining table. The bedroom has a queen bed with a tv. There is a small full kitchen and updated bathroom.

Fleet St Retreat in Downtown - Great Location!

We welcome you to our renovation on historic Fleet Street. Purchased in 2016 this house was taken down to the studs so everything is brand new and waiting to host you on your next trip to Annapolis. Literally a stones throw from everything downtown has to offer you can’t get closer to the action. USNA, Maryland State House, City Dock, McGarveys and Iron Rooster are just around the corner. This beautiful and cozy 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home built in 1900 is located on Prince George Street, one block from Annapolis City Dock and Gate 1 (main gate) of the US Naval Academy. Filled with sunlit, spacious rooms and equipped with numerous amenities (incl. gas fireplace), this home can sleep up to 8 (on 4 beds in the 3 bedrooms and 1 futon in a private room in the basement) and offers a combination of location and charm that is hard to beat!

Weems Creek Cottage, Annapolis Waterfront

(August, 2025) Jim is the best host we’ve ever had. Super responsive, reached out to let us know the place was ready and we could check in early. The house is perfect size for 2 adults and a kid. Beautiful view and really comfortable. We loved the screened in porch. We walked to breakfast at the smoothie place and had a great walk down to the naval academy. We would definitely stay here again.

This special place is close to everything. One block to the Naval Academy and one block to all the historic and downtown attractions. This in-law suite has a queen bed, full bath, sauna, kitchenette, seating area, and desk/dining table. Welcoming separate, quiet entrance with access to a lovely patio with seating and firepit. Twin bed can be set up and made up at guest request.
