Outdoor table for 2 to have coffee in the morning or an afternoon refreshing drink while watching the beautiful Senepol cows graze in the neighboring pasture. Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza.

The house sits on a hilltop, on a small peninsula, allowing for beautiful water views. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of town. Redhook, St. John Ferry, BVI Ferries, restaurants, and grocery stores are just a 5 minute drive away. Epic View is also in close proximity to horseback riding, Coral World Park, and other beaches.

This unique space includes one bedroom with one bath and an outdoor shower. There is a small dorm fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You will need to bring paper goods for light meals. We will supply coffee mugs and cutlery. Walk out the door and down the path to go to the beach. We are very close. Just go down once you make a right at bottom of our path. We have some masks and fins to use. Also other water toys. Ask if you want to use.
