Self check in with lockbox at any time you want. We have a fully equiped kitchen, living, bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor we have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Second floor there is an open space with two extensible sofas and a bathroom. The house is at aprox. 500 m distance from Laminorului Metro Station, very safe neighborhood, 2 parking places inside the yard plus another 2 parking places in front of our yard. Cosy and silent backyard with bbq and dinning area.

Decebal, zona cunoscuta pentru multitudinea de restaurante și cafenele în care îți poți petrece serile. Casa, cu dotari complete, este formata din camera principala, bucătărie si baie. Curtea generoasa, amenajata cu spatii verzi și loc de luat masa oferă ocazia unui sejur relaxant și liniștit.

Dear guest, my name is Andhra and I am an independent artist/ anthropologist and this is a very special place, on the 1st floor of an old house on a quiet street with trees. It is cosy, natural and gives you inner peace. You can hear the birds and feel close to the outside nature. The 2 rooms give you comfort to separate sleep from day activities. 10 min walk to main blvd, University square and 3 min walk to the lovely small parks, a wine bar, restaurant and a cafe right near the house.
