Sean’s home is really nice and spacious! I had a group of 12 and we fit perfectly. Sean made an effort to help me celebrate my 30th birthday by having up signs and goodies out. I thought that was really thoughtful. We were about 10-15 mins from the French quarters which was nice. I would definitely stay in this home again the next time I come to NOLA!

Sean was a fantastic host! He went out of his away before he got there, and provided a sign to welcome our future groom. Throughout our stay he provided excellent communication, to ensure our stay was up to par. The home was great and convenient for our group. The back patio was big and a nice addition to place. There are so many thoughtful touches that makes Sean’s home a great place to stay. The cozy blankets provided for snuggling on the couches, the charging bases and white noise machines in each room, etc. I stayed there with work colleagues for a conference, and we had a great time. Hope to be back soon!

If there was an option to rate more than 5 stars I would have. Sean was an absolute delight to rent from. I stayed in his adorable house with a group of my friends for my 30th birthday during Mardi Gras, and I couldn’t be happier with everything. Great home to host a big party.

Hi there! The 6 rooms were perfect for our 9 guests. There was a warming welcome sign and handwritten note to set the tone for the stay. The 6 rooms were all clean, and it was nice that they are all the same so no one feels left out of an experience. Having coffee, snacks and other beverages was nice. Sheets and beds were comfy. This house was ABSOLUTELY beautiful! It surpassed my expectations. The decor was perfect. Great space for large groups or couple trips. It was spotless. The upgrades made it feel like we were in a hotel. Every room was spacious and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for outdoor brunch. It was close to everything ($7 Uber ride to Bourbon). Sean is a wonderful host(all the way down to the welcome notes and candy). I would definitely book again!!!

This house was perfect for our group of 11! The layout is great for large groups, and allowed each of us to be comfortable. Sean was so sweet & accommodating, especially with things we gave him prior notice of, and as other reviewers mentioned we were greeted with decor for our group, as well as a very sweet note congratulating me on my engagement. Awesome place for a guys trip. Private rooms for everyone, plenty of bathrooms. Nice amenities and easy access to all that the city had to offer.
