Ben's place was great! We stayed there for four months and really enjoyed it. It's an old brownstone building with lots of charm and it's super close to the C train as well as a short walk from the A train which made easy for me to commute to and from Midtown every day for work. The bedroom is nice and spacious and gets beautiful morning light. The entire apartment is stylishly outfitted and everything was exactly as he said it would be. On the few occasions we did have a problem, we texted Ben and he had someone on it right away. I'd definitely recommend Ben's place to anyone! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Ben’s home is great! Spacious, very sunny, quiet, and super convenient to restaurants, shopping, and quick subways in the city. Everything you need!

Ben's place was perfect. It's a a really lovely 1 Bedroom apartment in a fun part of Clinton Hill. There were so many tasty restraints within a 5-10 minute walk and some amazing coffee shops. We stayed there for a couple of Months and are now considering moving to that neighborhood. Ben's place is also sooo close to the C line. It's a 3 min walk and the trains come every 5 minutes. The place itself was super clean and with lots of natural light and a very cozy feel. The Bathroom had great water pressure and the neighbors were also quite nice. After the 1st week if felt like we lived there. Ben was also great host with prompt replays via text or call. If were ever go back to NYC well be lucky to find a place as perfect as this.

Ben is a great host, very supportive. He always responce very quickly, suggesting the best experiences. Ben's apartment is very cozy, it has a personal touch of a true artist in every detail. It is very clean and well decorated, you instantly feel like home. The bedroom is big, has fabulous kingsize bed, with a lot of pillows and soft cover. The windows face inner garden, allowing birds and fresh air be the first thing to start the morning with. There are plenty of space for your clothes. Fabulous TV, Netflix, HBO provides the best of the latest entertainment, should you decide to take pause in exploring New York city. Commute is good and there is a grocery store nearby. I would definitely recommend it for a couple and would stay there next time.

Ben was absolutely a wonderful host! his apartment is worm with a lot of charm and character. We had everything we needed and more. and Ben was always available to us. Clinton Hill is very cool neighborhood! the apt is little bit far from the train. but you have very nice cafe and great people!
