Matthew was an incredible guest. I have great guests and then there are the ones that do the extra work when they leave. They take extraordinary care of the flat and leave it in a state, that keeps you guessing if they even really were there. It was spotless, even the bedsheets taken off and all. The communication went very smoothly and it was such a pleasure having him and his friend Vanessa. Towards all, he was super friendly and just gave off such good vibes.
