Lost Chiado house is really perfect for my big group - centrally located, big and spacious, clean and meticulous. Unfortunately, my experience was tainted with SERIOUS communication problems. We booked the place in Oct 2017 for Mar 2018. Unfortunately, the host never replies to my messages. I had to call and email them, only being told that someone else is responsible for Airbnb communication. Even for 2-3 days before check-in, I still have no confirmation. It got to the point that they don't reply to my message when I offer copies of our passports. Because of the lack of communication, we always have random cleaning people, hosts, and the next guests in our flat, which leave us feeling unsafe and impersonal. If the management could improve their communication, this Airbnb would've been perfect.
Great place for large families and groups. I thought that having less bathrooms than bedrooms would be an issue, however it was fine. Some people take showers in the morning and some take showers at night. It is in a very good location. Close to restaurants/food, the water, bars (pink street) and transportation. There is one room next to the dining room that gets a little noisy because it's right next to the hangout area. Put your heavy sleepers in this room. I didn't cook in the kitchen, but the Airbnb can cook for you. There isn't room service everyday (it's not needed), but someone does come to tidy up the bathrooms each day. There is also someone on the second floor to help with any issues throughout your stay. I do wish that communication was a little more timely, but eventually, all of my questions were answered.
Perfekte lagen, super hosts, tolle Einrichtung, genug Platz für alle.
Perfect place with perfect guys !
This place is amazing. The apartment is huge, very well maintained and clean. The bathrooms are clean and new. The kitchen is perfect for a quick or even more elaborated meal. The dining table fits 12 or more.... perfect for a large family. The location couldn't have been better. Our family trip was a success, and a big part of it was due to the fact that the accommodation was way better than we were expecting! Already planning our next trip back to Lisbon...
Le logement est situé en plein coeur du quartier des bars, des restaurant et des boîtes de nuit de Lisbonne. Le bruit peut donc être une nuisance. Tout est propre et globalement bien tenu.
This place was so great to have 17 coworkers stay at. The location is prime, and central to everything in Lisboa. I really enjoyed our time at Lost Lisbon.
Hosts were really helpful and organised some shopping for me before I arrived. Apartment is well located and slept 16 of us comfortably, there were so many rooms it was like staying in our own hotel. The rooms were quite cold but they provide heaters, each room was beautifully laid out with beautiful furniture. Hot water in some bathrooms ran out after a few showers and the rooms on the road side are quite noisy but there are lots of quiet rooms on the other side and internally so don't let that put you off.
Sadly we have been rebooked to another house, the "Cais" house. It was not easy for a group of 18 people to live together as the apartment is not usable for a big group as it is normaly the rooms are rented seperately. The kitchen is not usable for a big group as there is no cooking possibility. The rooms are nice, good beds and matrazes. The bathrooms are mostly renovated and quite nice but the appartement itself need some painting in some areas. The loaction is really good, 3 minutes walk to cais do sodre metro station, supermarket is just a 5 minutes walk. The rooms especially to the main street are quite noisy as the windows are originally wooden and only single glassed whereby the rooms to the other side have been changed into double glass with plastic windows. Also you can darken these rooms quite good whereby the rooms to the main streets only have roller blinds. The host are all very friendly and tried to fix the problems in the apartements as quickly as they could. So at all i can reccommend Lost Lisbon as hosts but cannot recommend the Cais-House for a big group. We cannot say something about the Chiado-House, but looking at the pictures it seems that this apartment is more recommandable for groups.
