The neighborhood is a nice place to take a walk, with views overlooking Utica from the south. Hosts are across the street, in case you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath ranch has an open layout with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all open to one another. The master bedroom is huge with a newly installed king size bed, desk, and comfortable chair. The master bathroom has a shower with seat, no tub. The master bathroom can be accessed from the hallway as well. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The couch in the living room has a pull out bed as well.

We are located 30 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame, 35 miles from the Turning Stone Casino, 10 miles from the Herkimer Diamond mines, and the beautiful sights of the Adirondack Mountains are located in our back yard. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

2027 Summer Bookings open 10/1, we only accept 6 night stays aligned with “Cooperstown Dreams Park” schedule, see their site for schedule. “Allstar Village” schedule does not align with us. The 2027 season is 5/30-8/22/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
