Circle Bunkhouse cabin A

Small one bedroom cabin located 15 minutes away from Uvalde on the way to Concan. in a quiet country subdivision. Comfortable interior, recently constructed with one queen bed and a futon. Exterior is a work in progress, still needs yard work done. Surrounding locations and attractions such as Garner State Park is only 25 minutes away. 1 hour drive to Mexico or the casino at Eagle Pass. A quite country place to stay while doing business or pleasure exploring the local area and river locations.

Getaway Cabin w/ access to Nueces River

A quiet family friendly getaway perfect to unwind, relax, bird watch and disconnect from everyday life. Wi-fi is not available. Sleeps up to six people. Bottom level has a full size bed, full bath, fully stocked kitchen,stove, full size refrigerator, coffee bar, screened in porch. One bathroom inside and half bath outside. Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

PJ's Hideaway

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Imagine a couple of days in the Texas Hill Country in a guest house that is totally yours, it is shaded by pecan trees, you have access to one mile of both sides of the river(the Dry Frio). Experience abundant wildlife, migrating birds/ hummingbirds and butterflies, stargaze and be able to hike up Lookout Hill and feel comfortable during your stay at Moriah's Riverwalk. You are within 18 miles of the Concan area. Your stay here at our bunkhouse will be safe, quiet, and peaceful.

Welcome! Step inside this newly remodeled home, pull a shot of espresso and relax. This home has strong Wi-Fi, but no television. For the chef- This kitchen is fully stocked with table service, kettles, baking pans, blender, mixer, electric griddle and much more. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed. Completing the house are two full bathrooms and hiding behind a sliding barn door you will find a laundry complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The Greenhouse: tinyhome close to Garner&FrioRiver

Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home. Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise.

Wild Oak Ranch Riverfront Cabin

Rustic cabin on over 10 acres with the wet weather Sabinal River (contact us for water levels if this is a concern) along the back surrounded by beautiful oak trees. A natural playscape, porch swings, grill, wildlife, all the perfect makings for a fantastic getaway. Just a minute's drive to Utopia but also great proximity to Garner State Park and Lost Maples for great hiking, swimming, etc. Great location to enjoy all the Texas Hill Country has to offer.

Hill Country Charm River House

Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeps 10. Hill Country Charming River Home, sleeps 8 comfortably! This home is nestled on the Nueces River in the Texas Hill Country. The house is located on the edge of the historic town of Uvalde and roughly a 55 minute drive to Garner State Park. A great place to relax after a long day, on the crystal clear Nueces River that runs through the back yard. Private River bank access for guest from the back yard.

Cherokee Oaks - Frio River Haven

All holiday stays require a 3-night minimum. This cabin is a 900 square foot, 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom unit & sleeps 8. It's centrally located in Concan- close to the River, food, concerts, and fun! Enjoy all the same comforts from home, or unplug and relax. Cabin includes Wifi, Netflix, YouTube TV, an Alexa for music, games, fireplace, BBQ pit, and outdoor fire pit. If you're tired of city lights, sit out on the porch and stargaze!

Deer Run 7 Cabin - Sleeps up to 20

When the Frio River calls, stay at Deer Run 7, a spacious four bedroom, four-bath cabin (with two lofts) in Concan. The cabin is within steps of food, convenience and liquor stores. Nearby is a hiking trail, public swimming pool, and miniature golf. There is an outdoor fireplace and separate fire pit, horseshoe pits, corn hole boards (bean bags included), disc golf basket (discs included), and volleyball net (ball included).
