This barndo style home is on ~10 acres of stereotypical hill country land just 1 mile from Garner State Park. It offers a (non-heated!) swimming pool, wildlife viewing area, an incredible outdoor covered space, perfectly placed fire pit, and a peaceful and private retreat space for friends & family.

Come enjoy peaceful privacy on a 2-acre lot located directly on the river. YES, we have WiFi and Roku TV! Good pets are allowed- $50.00/per dog. Rustic ranch home with master bedroom (queen), and a loft with a double bed and two single beds. Downstairs has a sleeper sofa, couches and comfy chairs to relax in after a day in the river.

A couple of minutes walk to the town square, boutiques, and restaurants. 2 min drive to HEB or any other stores to get some supplies!
