We added a space to our home that could someday be an in-law suite, but for now it’s a hidden visitor’s getaway! Sitting on 2 acres in East Wichita, this an excellent location. With its own private entrance this space is attached but completely separated from the main home. You will have your own private suite. A perfect location for someone on the go or to just relax. Since we live on property we do host socials from time to time. If there are people around consider yourself invited!

Our guest suite, located in the basement of our family home, features two bedrooms, a roomy bathroom, and a living area with 60' TV and access to Netflix, local channels, and movies on DVD. There is a separate room with a microwave, coffeemaker, kitchen table and mini fridge with cold bottled water. There is off-street parking with security lightning. The quiet neighborhood is a great place for a walk or a run.

Our private studio apartment is nestled in the trees at the back of our property and centrally located in a perfect location in the heart of College Hill in Wichita. It is within walking distance (just a few blocks) from the College Hill Park, swimming pool and amazing restaurants and bars. Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.
