The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.
