This beautiful studio is a must stay! Centrally located in South Burlington making it easily accessible to UVM, Shelburne Rd., I-89, and Downtown Burlington. Large windows in the space provide a lot of natural light exposure. It is the perfect setting to enjoy your relaxing vacation or business trip.

Located in a mature, walkable Shelburne neighborhood, this sun-filled walkout basement suite is spacious and has a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, an oversized living room that includes a ping pong table for your enjoyment. The mini-kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, mini-fridge, sink, and Keurig machine. During the warmer months, relax on the patio just outside the unit and enjoy comfortable dining outdoors.

Private space, could sleep up to 4 adults. Convenient location -(2 miles from airport, on the bike path, 1 mile from Mall, 2.2 miles to University of Vermont/Medical Center and close to downtown). Main level has kitchen, full bathroom, living room with a single bed available. Second level is a full bedroom with office space, piano, a queen bed and ottoman that opens to a single bed. There is an adjoining upper deck to enjoy.

The rustic interior has a full kitchen, copper shower, and compost toilet. The loft bedroom is serene with 5 windows and blackout curtains (in case you want to sleep in!). Just 12 minutes to Burlington. 4 minutes to downtown Shelburne and Shelburne Museum.
