Slaapgedeelte kan worden opgesplitst zodat elk eigen privacy heeft tijdens de nachtrust (zie foto's). Een ruim gevulde boekenkast, een eigen keuken, douche en toilet staan tot uw beschikking. Ruime gang waar u eventueel uw fietsen kunt parkeren.

Onze ruime studio van circa 43 m² bevindt zich aan de rand van het prachtige stadje Oudewater en midden in het veenweidegebied van het groene hart. De studio is een heerlijke ruimte om een weekend te relaxen en te genieten van de natuur maar ook een fijne plek om langer te verblijven en de omliggende steden te ontdekken. De studio is inclusief 2 fietsen waarmee u in 2 minuten de supermarkt bereikt en in ongeveer 5 minuten in het pittoreske centrum van Oudewater staat met heerlijke restaurants.

Een sfeervolle suite met vrije opgang, waar ooit de hooizolder was van deze boerenwoning uit 1878. Het gastenverblijf heeft een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, een zitje en een prachtig uitzicht op de tuin en het omringende groen. Er is een aparte kamer voor het ontbijt en een ruime eigen badkamer met ligbad en douche. Gasten beschikken over de gehele bovenverdieping, met vrije opgang. Er is geen kookgelegenheid, wel eet- en afhaalmogelijkheden in de buurt. Geschikt voor twee volwassenen.

Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

De hout gestookte hottub kan bijgeboekt worden voor €50 per keer en geeft een Scandinavische beleving en is inclusief vers water, krat hout en hamamdoeken. Huisje Amelisweerd is a calm, stylish guest house ideally situated for a city trip, nature getaway, or both! At less than 4 km away, the stunning old city center of Utrecht is readily accessible. Lunetten train station is also conveniently located within 1.6 km. Nestled between the twin forests of Amelisweerd and Nieuw Wulven, it affords excellent opportunities for hiking, running, boating, or cycling through the vast network of trails and nature. The cottage is a renovated barn in the back, overlooking the meadows in the beautiful area of Schoonrewoerd. The 1 bedroom cottage is fully equiped , Kitchen, Bathroom and a 2nd toilet. It is 60 sq/m big and can host up to 4 people. Ideally 2 adults & 2 children, but 4 adults is possible (for a few days) but it might be a bit crowdy. You can enjoy your own private garden near the water, you will have easy and private access to the cottage via the right side of our farmhouse.
