Cozy basement apartment in 50's-villa

Welcome to a nice and quiet area close to everything. The city centre, Tivoli, nature, and grocery stores are all nearby. We are one stop on the light rail from the city centre, or 3km if you prefer walking. Your apartment is in our basement. It has a private entrance, bathroom, and a small kitchen. Fast Wifi and easy access to the highway. We also have free parking. Our laundry room is in the basement, but we will coordinate in advance if we need to use it (only relevant for longer stays).

I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Med 5 km til centrum og banegården er dette rækkehus det perfekte sted for den lille familie, en flok venner eller andet. Den har plads til to biler, der kan holde gratis. Jeg har en fantastisk forhave, baghave og altan med udsigt indover Aarhus. Området er fyldt med lækker natur. Selve rækkehus er 92 m2 og består af 2 soveværelser, et kontor, stue og køkken. Det hele er indrettet med dejlige farver og mine personlige ting, så det er ikke kun lavet til udlejning, men også mit hjem!

In beautiful Skæring 15 km north of Aarhus is our cozy old architect designed cottage. Here you get nostalgia and comfort in a class by itself . The house has two bedroom , bathroom with tub. Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house. Man er velkommen til at benytte oplader til elbil, til dagspris.
