Enjoy walking trails, a boat launch with private mooring space, sawdust city brewery, the oar restaurant, Muskoka boat rentals, steamship tours, parasailing, local events, etc. all from the privacy of a dead end road.

My place is close to Located 15 minutes from Midland and Georgian Bay. 10 minutes from Mount St.Louis ski resort, 15 minutes to Horseshoe Valley, 20 minutes to Barrie and just over an hour from Toronto. There are lots of golf courses close by or you can just walk out to your deck and enjoy the pleasures of the lake. It is a small spring fed lake ideal for small children as there is a gentle drop off. The lake offers good bass fishing, a water skiing course and all the water sports you want.

As well, downtown Bracebridge is a convenient 10 minute drive away with all amenities. There is a veggie garden on the property and depending when you come you can pick away at it :) Pets are welcome in the home!

New hotub last year, plenty of storage in the entryway. Extremely large driveway to bring your vehicle with your trailer for your boat, watercrafts, work trailers, etc. Owners live on the property but not in the cotrage. Everything is completely separate for the guests and owners.
