Local bus stop to CBD is 100m on foot. Foreshore, Supermarkets, Shops, Cafes, Banks are within walking distance. Crown Casino, Elizabeth Quay, TAFE, CBD are less than 5km by car.

It's a great place to stay, whether you're here for a few days or need a base for work or a relocation. The train station is a short walk away, along with grocery shops and other amenities such as grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The Boathouse - Studio in Perth's Gastronomic Hub

We are peacefully located, close to Vic Park cafes, Airport less than 15 minutes drive. Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required. Specific cleaning/sanitisation fee for extra cleaning currently required to ensure everyone has a safe and worry free stay with us, Liz & Chris.
