Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Charming and spacious one level 1940's stone cottage in the heart of Northern Virginia. Cozy and warm and only 20 minutes out of our nation's capital. This is a finished lower level of a townhouse in a quiet Oakton, Virginia suburb of Washington DC. The private entrance side is above ground. The large French doors allow lots of light in. We are located half way between Regan National and Dulles airports with public transportation to both. The bus stop is 50 yards from the door and the bus trip is less than 2 miles to the Vienna/George Mason University Orange line metro station. You will have key to the private entrance and laundry room.
