This a cozy wooden house located on the edge of nature reserve in South Estonia. Amazing forests all around! The house has been renovated by ourselves, has a terrace, private garden area and a sauna. Bedroom is in the attic and downstairs a fully equipped kitchen, livingroom with fireplace, TV and a sofabed. Also a modern sauna, shower room and toilet. This property and the garden area surrounding the house is for your private use. There is another house on the property that we sometimes use.

Our cozy country home under old oaks offers the perfect rustic charm and modern comfort. A fully equipped kitchen, a warm fireplace and a spacious living room create a relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom is designed with wide mattresses. The sauna has a hot tub (without a bubble system) with quickly heated well water and relaxing music. In winter, enjoy a crackling fire and in summer, discover the nearby hiking trails. Ideal for a family vacation or a romantic weekend!

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Põltsamaa jõe ääres asuv ajalooline talukinnistu. Teie kasutuses on jõepoolne 75m2-ne privaatse sissepääsuga majaosa: elutuba, köök, 2 magamistuba, wc, duširuum, esik ja terrass. Talukinnistu suurel territooriumil on võimalik jalutada mööda jõeäärt ning argipäevade muredest lahti ühendada. Lisatasu eest on võimalik lõõgastuda jõe ääres asuvas led valgustuse ja mullidega kümblustünnis või puuküttega saunas, kust avaneb imeline vaade Põltsamaa jõele.

The two-story apartment with a private entrance and balcony is located on the top of the valley, which gives our guests the most magnificent view of Lake Viljandi. Just add freshly ground coffee from the integrated machine and start your day with a smile! After a long day of sightseeing and wandering around, feel free to enjoy our sauna that fits four people easily. Our family loves animals, therefore, pets are also allowed.

Cozy Old Town apartment with all the commodities needed to have a perfect holiday in Viljandi. Situated just next to the Viljandi Castle Grounds, you can have a nice stroll in the park or walk 5 minutes to Lake Viljandi to have a swim followed up by hot sauna in the apartment or a quick bite in one of the many cafes around the city centre.

Sunset Cabin Estonia

Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.
