Spectacular home with three warm, sunny, and beautifully decorated rooms. It is located in the heart of Palermo Soho, an area full of restaurants, cafes, pubs and designer shops, just two blocks from Plaza Serrano. The House is the last of the inner hall, in this circuit there are four residential houses more. Such houses are called in Argentina "PH" condo. The house has two levels: on the first floor features a spacious living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, dining table for eight, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a study hall. The second level has three bedrooms, the first bedroom has a single bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, a bedside table and a large closet. The third bedroom has a double bed, bedside table and a large wardrobe, this last room has direct access to a beautiful sunny terrace with a dining area for six. On this floor there is a bathroom with tub equipped with towels and toiletries. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and internet, TV / DVD, fridge freezer, washing machine, serving (china) for eight, kitchenware, linens and towels. There are 3 air-conditioning / heating units – one in each double bedroom and one in the open plan kitchen / dining / living area. I, Oliver will deliver the keys of the house personally to you and will explain the functioning of the house and its appliances. I will help with locations in the area and will be at your service to resolve concerns and questions you may have. The house is located in the heart of Palermo Soho, an area full of restaurants, cafes, pubs and design shops, just two blocks from Plaza Serrano. In these area fashion designers, artists, galleries and restaurants decided to settle, improving old houses, turning the area into a fashion circuit mix with art and good food. This area was called Soho evoking the legendary New York city Soho with similar characteristics, whom was name based on the original Soho area located in London (UK); all this set with a unique touch and at the same time a very similar concept. In this area of the city you can use many ways of transportation: bus, subway, taxi. The house is located one hour away from Ezeiza- Minister Pistriani International Airport. Transfers in and out from and to the airport can be arranged with our very smiling taxi driver Stella (at same price of the market). Just ask me! Metro station "Plaza Italia", which connects to the city center is 7 blocks away, there are many bus stops 2 blocks away that will take you throughout the city. There are also bike paths or cycle paths throughout the neighborhood. The best shops, bars, restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets are within a few minutes walk. It is also a very safe neighborhood. Plaza Serrano is a very charming place, with shops, bars, restaurants, street vendors just two minutes walk from the house .

A gorgeous house, 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms, 5 blocks from vibrant Palemo Soho Plaza Serrano. As you enter the house on the ground floor there is a hall, then a nice living room with fireplace, plus dining room, all looking to a nice courtyard full of plants, with a barbecue. The kitchen and a toilett complete the ground floor and then a staircase brings you to the bedrooms. On the 1st floor the main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom with bathtube. Other 2 bedrooms might have one queen or 2 twin beds . There is another full bathroom with an open prebathroom, 2 lavatories, and a bathtube. Finally there is an office that could also be a 4th bedroom with 2 twin bed. On the 2nd floor there is a gorgeous playroom with 3 single beds for larger groups and 2 nice terraces with tables and sunbeds to hang out in the sun. Besides a small bathroom with shower, plus laundry including washing machine and dryer. The house easily accommodates 8 persons, up to 11 considering 3 beds in the playroom. There is Wi Fi, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living and dining room and playroom. And 2 LCDs 45"and 32” TV with cable, between other services. Maid service: 8 hours a week.
