Trattasi di abitazione di recente recupero con pietre e travi in legno resa funzionale e confortevole con il rifacimento degli impianti. Il piano terra è costituito da ampio soggiorno, cucina completa, camera matrimoniale, grande bagno con doccia, vasca e lavatrice; al piano superiore si trovano un soppalco, due camere matrimoniali e un altro bagno con ampia doccia.
