Beautifully renovated farmhouse circa 1906 situated on 5 acres on what was originally Maple Spring Farm. Rural country feel with great views of Brush Mountain yet only two miles from the Virginia Tech campus. Within walking distance to Rising Silo Brewery and to Blacksburg’s Heritage Park & Natural Area. Very close proximity to Blacksburg’s McDonald Hollow Trail Network with connections to the Jefferson National Forest, both very popular destinations with hikers and mountain bike enthusiasts.

Set in a beautiful hollow down a mile-long gravel drive, surrounded by mountains and mixed hardwood forest. Peaceful seclusion, just 10 minutes from the heart of the New River Valley. Mountain oasis with panoramic views on two levels. This private home (our future retirement home) is 12 minutes from downtown Blacksburg and the Virginia Tech campus. Parks, trails (including the Appalachian Trail), tubing and other outdoor activities are only a short drive away. Wineries, breweries, art galleries, theaters and churches are also close. Perfect for Hokie (future) parents, hikers, visiting VT guests, couples, families and friends. You won’t want to leave these views.

Hydrangea Hideaway Studio Oasis *no cleaning fee

You will be close to everything, only a few minutes off I-81, 10 minutes to Radford University and 20 minutes to Virginia Tech. A King bed to take all your worries away with a sofa sleeper for a little extra room. Our spacious country house, located directly on Sinking Creek, is the perfect getaway space for nature lovers or anybody who just wants to relax to the soothing water as it flows by. In the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, guests are only one mile from the Appalachian Trail, and some the most beautiful hiking in the state, including Cascades Falls, are only a short drive away. Additionally, the New River, with its kayaking, canoeing, boating and tubing, is only 20 minutes away.

Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.
