Wifi, TV, microwave and small refrigerator, kettle and toaster with basic kitchen cutlery and crockery, teas and coffees supplied. Brand new bathroom. Private entry and driveway with undercover parking. The decor is eclectic and there are two outdoor seating options. The garden is shared. Guest access by key lock. Check in from 3pm and check out by noon.

Pamela’s Studio Apartment

Fully renovated and self contained studio. Enjoy a private entrance, into a comfortable, apartment that is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is suitable for one person on their own. Also has its own full laundry and access to outdoor area. Free Wifi and 50 inch Smart TV. Close to Bannerman Park - take a stroll on a warm summers evening, Also five minute walk to Cafes shops and restaurants. We supply Continental Breakfast if required. Please let us know when booking.

This unique place has a style all its own. Come and enjoy some peace and quiet admiring the outstanding views of Mount Benger in your own wood stoked stainless steel hot tub. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.

Honey Cottage in Ettrick

Experience beautiful Ettrick and the wider Central Otago area in this peaceful and private self-contained rustic cottage. Situated around 10 km south of Roxburgh, in the heart of the Teviot Valley famous for its fruit production, 5km from the Clutha cycle trail, surrounded by the epic Central Otago hillscapes. There are endless activities just on it's doorstep including cycling, tramping, fruit picking and all that the famous Central Otago region has to offer.

Gore is a rural town on the banks of the famous Mataura River, known as the world capital of brown trout fishing. Two fishable tributaries of the Mataura River flow through the property. Gore has a population of approximately 7,500. A great place to be based while exploring all that Southland has to offer.
