Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Die Region Garmisch-Partenkirchen zählt zu den schönsten Ferienzielen in Deutschland. Wir vermieten eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang. Das Studio besteht aus Wohnküche und Wohn-Schlafraum mit extra Bad. Das 1-Zimmer-Appartment wurde 2025 komplett renoviert. Zentral gelegen - nur 5 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt - ist man in wenigen Minuten in der unberührten Natur. Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse, Garten sowie einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und bis 6 Jahre berechnen wir keine Zusatzkosten. Bitte bei der Anfrage einfach im Text vermerken. Die Kurtaxe liegt je nach Saison zwischen 2,20 € und max. 3,- € pro Erwachsenen und mit der Gästekarte gibt es einige Vergünstigungen.

Meine Unterkunft liegt direkt am Walchenseeufer mit vielen Sportmöglichkeiten für Angler, Wanderer, Skifahrern - die Herzogstandbahn kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Als interessante Ausflusgziele bieten sich neben vielen Möglichkeiten der Herzogstand (zu Fuß ist die Seilbahn erreichbar - man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick), das Kloster Benediktbeuern - die älteste Benediktinerabtei Oberbayerns oder das bekannte Schloss Neuschwanstein oder Schloss Linderhof.

Mountain Homestay Scharnitz

My flat is located on s small hill above town and therefore the terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.

Alleinstehendes Holzhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Inmitten einer Streuobstwiese liegt unser Ferienhaus in Alleinlage. Der alte aus dem 16. Jahrhundert stammende Teil wurde früher als Getreidespeicher genutzt. Die große Terrasse ist zur alleinigen Nutzung für unsere Gäste. Gartenmöbel, Liegestühle und Grill sind vorhanden.
