Spacious cottage on Lake Charlevoix! The cottage shares a large, 1-acre property with a house that is listed separately. Both can be rented together. One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). Whole home heating system and window AC. 1 mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail. 6 miles to Boyne Mountain.

Riverfront cottage 1-mile nature walk to downtown

A unique old-school cottage located right on the Bear River and Petoskey's newly developed Bear River park and trail. A one-mile meandering walk, over the river and through the woods will take you to downtown Petoskey and Lake Michigan. Along the riverwalk in the opposite direction is a skate park and running track. Also close to shopping plazas and a robust downtown shopping district. The house is dog friendly with a fenced in yard and has three porches to look out over the the river valley.

We have a beautiful built 1000 sq ft Aframe! Recently installed a 100 inch theater system in the livingroom! Cabin is in Lakes of the North, which offers a perfect getaway for the outdoorsman. Side by Side trails! We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

This space comes with a full kitchen and work space. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gas light district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

We are located just minutes from downtown Boyne city and beautiful lake Charlevoix. The property is steps away from avalanche mountain preserve where you can hike, mountain bike, disc golf, snow shoe/ice skate or just take in the views of the lake. Boyne mountain resort is a short 10 minute drive. We are centrally located.

Newly remodeled A Frame Cabin in the woods of Hidden Hamlet in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Located in the little neighborhood at the base of Nubs Nob Ski Resort, this is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees. Currently we are renting this as an open bedroom loft with a queen bed. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper on the main floor, but you know the comfort level of those...
