Welcome to our luxurious tiny house located in the heart of Wanaka. This stunningly designed house features high-end finishes and amenities that will make your stay unforgettable. Featuring all day sun on the large deck, two queen loft bedrooms, full kitchen, dining and lounge. A highlight is the full tiled shower and bathroom with under tile heating. Outside there are stunning mountain views and a fire-pit to enjoy. The Alpine Chalet tiny house is the perfect getaway spot for your next holiday.

A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

Barn Studio On Aubrey

Our serene studio is a welcoming & cosy home away from home. Independent from our main house with its own entry & off-street parking , the open plan living area includes a full kitchen and opens onto a private outdoor setting with BBQ. Décor is modern with natural colours and the woodburner makes your stay comfortable all year round. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with ensuite and in the morning you can listen to the birds while supping on a complimentary tea, coffee or hot choc.

Anaka

This architectural luxury warm and modern 3/4 bed home plus studio is close to Wanaka, the local trails, the lake and the river. It has expansive mountain views, a huge lawn and privacy. The house is perfect for winter & summer with an underfloor heating and cooling. Enjoy the gas fired hot tub, sauna, ice bath and shower after a day out on the mountain or the lake. There's also plenty of fun and fitness options too including a trampoline, outdoor games, treadmill and yoga/gym equipment.

The Hunny Nook. Adorable 1 bed studio unit .

Welcome to Hawea Hunny Nook. Originally when Hawea dam was built in 1950s it was the explosive shed. Now fully renovated an insulated with rustic features. It has bed,dining,lounge with separate bathroom. Tea,coffee facilities an BBQ . Views under the apple tree out to hazelnut orchard. Close to Lake walks,bike tracks,fishing,supermarket, cafe,takeaway,garage. 15 mins to wanaka shops an eateries. Responsible dog owners welcome on approval. Owners house on site with 3 sociable terriers.

New built and beautifully furnished, with new quality bed from MacKenzie and Willis. Self contained, the apartment is very quiet, close to town, 2.3km from town centre (25 min walk or 5 min drive), private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, smart TV, Netflix, heat pump warmth in winter and air conditioning in summer. Base camp, Cardrona Corner is just a two min walk , fancy popping out for a drink, snack/small meal/movie. Cardrona/TC ski fields 25 mins away. Come and enjoy!

Spacious new holiday home, warm with lovely views

5 year old house with double garage & lovely open plan living area with large deck area. The kitchen is well equipped. It's superbly warm with underfloor heating system & loads of all day sun. The master bedroom has a double shower ensuite bathroom. The other 3bedrooms are either king single or super king beds. In a separate bedroom off the living room are is one fold out bed and king bed or 2 king singles, & king + king single in the master bedroom. The lawn area is well fenced.

Kanuka Cabin with stunning views and spa

What a view! The stunning setting for this warm and brand new cabin overlooks magnificent views of Mount Gold, Burke, and Maude as well as the lush valley floor. This modern cabin with a hint of rustic decor, a private spa, a covered outside shower, makes for a great ski cabin in winter. The cabin boasts serenity, nestled above the native Kanuka, as well as tranquility and luxury as you soak under the brilliant. It"s a 10-minute drive to Wanaka, and 7k"s to Albertown.

The Chalet is located high on Mount Iron and offers magnificent views of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains. Set in trees, it is private and peaceful, accessed by a guest lift which will carry you and your bags up the hill. Driftwood has been lovingly hand built by the owners with artisan touches. Furnished for your comfort with a luxurious King bed. On the deck there's a large 2 person sized hot bath (no jets) with views to the mountains for your relaxation .

Wanaka WOW

Sunny warm spacious upstairs apartment with incredible mountain and lake views from the unit and its deck. Extremely quiet peaceful area, one street back from lake, 5 mins drive from town centre. 200m walk to lake for swimming and access to walking/cycling trails. Best suited to people wanting a modern , immaculate space in a prime lake location with jaw dropping view. Also suitable for families as large open lawn space in front of unit building.

Mt Gold Haven Studio

7 minutes drive from Central Wanaka, this studio with with ensuite (but no cooking facilities) is situated on the end of Peninsula Bay. This is a self contained room attached to a family house (also for rent for larger groups) which its own separate entrance. There is also access to Pen Bay pool with hot tub and gym 900m from the house. Mountain bike tracks start 100metres in front of the house and the lake is just 500metres down the back.

Wanaka Outlet Oasis - home away from home

This gorgeous 1 bedroom studio unit is perfectly located to experience all Wanaka has to offer. Separate from the main house, you will enjoy a quiet warm spot to rest and recharge. Only a 2 min drive to the outlet river and boat ramp, Hikuwai bike/walking tracks and Mt Iron Walk. Enjoy having a full kitchen, a washing machine and a BBQ.or wander 5 mins to the cafe/bar for a coffee, meal or drink.
